Summary:

Join us monthly to create, play, and learn together as a community through our virtual Encounter Creativity events. Each event is intended to provide you tools and resources to incorporate creativity as a mindfulness practice into your daily lives.

To kick off our Encounter Creativity event, you will be given judgment-free permission to mindfully engage your body and breath while creating WITH your emotions.

Meg from Rediscovering Breathworkj will be facilitating breathwork and creativity visualization exercises to engage our senses, reduce anxiety, and mindfully engage in a playful approach to emotional identification – in a guided group experience – of creative self expression.

You will encounter the sensory experience within, and leave, with art that reflects your full-spectrum of human-wholeness.

Join us as we cultivate creativity, community and explore both your breath and the artistry of your inner world – your (you)nique way!

About Meg from Rediscovering Breathwork

My journey into breathwork began after experiencing my own healing transformation through this powerful modality. Since then, I am in the process of completing extensive training in breathwork and trauma-informed care, allowing me to provide safe and effective support to clients from all walks of life.

As a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, I prioritize creating a safe and compassionate space for clients to explore their inner worlds and access their own innate healing abilities. Through personalized breathwork sessions, I help clients connect with their breath and harness its power to release stress, anxiety, and trauma. I also can facilitate a group setting, by still allowing the individuals to process and explore their own journey.

CULTIVATE THE CREATIVE accepts all people within our community and hopes to create a safe space free of discrimination, violence, and hatred. We welcome you to join our events and hope to ensure they are accessible and inclusive to all. We are here for YOU.
